The end of April! :) We are just waiting on our shipment of glass jars which have been delayed...

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients: Organic coconut sugar, vegan butter (canola oil, water, salt, emulsifiers (471, sunflower lecithin), natural flavour, vitamins A, D, E, natural colour (beta carotene)), dark chocolate chips (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin) (21.2%), gluten free flour (maize, tapioca, rice, guar gum), buckwheat, almond, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
White Chocolate Cinnamon Cookie Ingredients: Organic coconut sugar, vegan butter (canola oil, water, salt, emulsifiers (471, sunflower lecithin), natural flavour, vitamins A, D, E, natural colour (beta carotene)), gluten free flour (maize, tapioca, rice, guar gum), organic buckwheat, organic almond (8.2%), organic coconut (4.1%), organic cranberry, organic pepita (4.1%), organic pistachio (4.1%) organic sunflower (4.1%), safflower petals, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vegan white chocolate chips (cocoa butter, soy flour, sugar, soy lecithin) (21.2%)
How big are the glass cookie jars?
22cm high and 15cm wide :)
How long do the cookies last?
The cookies will last 30 days from shipment and require no refridgeration :)
How much is shipping?
Free Shipping on our gift packs. $14 Australia wide for everything else :)
How big are the cakes?!
The Mason Jars are 11cm tall and 7cm in diameter :)
What is the shelf life of our Jar Cakes
Our Jar Cakes ship with a SIX day shelf life :)
Do the jars require refrigeration?
Our jar-cakes do not need refrigeration. All orders are shipped express via overnight courier.
When will I get my Jar Cakes?
You can select your delivery date at the check out! All orders are shipped via overnight courier :)
I have certain food allergies. Are your cakes safe to eat?
Our jar-cakes contain Wheat, Egg, Milk and Gluten. Traces of Soy, Tree Nuts, Sesame Seeds and other nuts may be present. If you have allergies in relation to these ingredients or you plan on ordering jar-cakes to be sent to someone who may be affected by these ingredients (for safety reasons), we respectfully ask that you refrain from ordering our products. How do I track my parcel?
Your parcel is scanned at each stage of its journey. To get an ETA of when your parcel will be delivered, please check our Transit Time tool (pre-delivery) or our Track & Trace tool (if the item is already in transit). ALL orders ship with tracking infomation, Please check your emails :)
What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
First, use our Track & Trace tool to see if it’s in transit. If it doesn’t show up there, you can contact Star Track (contact us), don’t forget to provide them with your tracking (consignment) number. Please reach out if you need any assistence by contacting us at customersupport@themasonbaker.com.au. We know how it can be dealing with big companies!
Can I arrange a delivery for a specific time?
We can arrange the delivery date, just not a specific time... Deliveries occur Tuesday through to Friday
How long do the Christmas Puddings last?
Christmas Puddings ship with a THREE month shelf life.
Trust us they won't last that long anyway...
